Disappointing. Did not expect gold, but expected one hell of a good fight. I've even gotten a bag of chips and ice cream ready to enjoy the so-called 'Match of the Tournament'.

It was too easy for Lin Dan. The match lasted a mere 39 minutes! Wtf??? I'm not mad at either players though. Both were in top form and did their best... or did Lee? Maybe Lee Chong Wei cracked under too much pressure or maybe the rumours of foul play were true. Either way, its over now and at least M'sia got silver.

But the China fans annoyed the crap outta me. Urgh. Boo-ing Lee Chong Wei when he managed to outsmart Lin Dan. How rude. No sportsmanship whatsoever. I hope they choke on their Peking ducks.

And poor Lee Chong Wei couldn't even smile despite getting his metal. According to a reporter, his eyes were red and he looked extremely sad. Lin Dan was nice enough to reply the reporter when Lee Chong Wei was quiet, saying "No offense, but it was the best match of my life. Lee Chong Wei did his best and there is no need to blame him" (something to that effect).

Yeah, Lin Dan was cocky but he had the full right to be so. I don't blame him. He was amazing. I don't blame Lee Chong Wei either. Nevermind, Lee. We still support and love u! There's always a next time. Keep on fighting! Malaysia boleh!
