Today is the start of my Detox Diet.
Allow me to bore you a bit with what needs to be done in this Detox plan. Its simple, really. All you need to do is just eat fruits for a week. Nothing else. And you can only drink plain water and pure fruit juices; not those fruit juices which you buy in supermarkets, of cos.
After one week, it is said that you'll get a flat stomach (oh yesssss!) and a healthier body cos you've rid yourself off the toxins. And it is supposedly effective in giving you energy. Quoting the words of my senior who actually tried this out: "After one week, you will see shit like you've never seen shit before!"
Interesting.
I wonder what will come out?
So anyway, today was the first day and I arose early with a fiery spirit; determined to get through this plan! I know that some of you were shocked to see me arrive early to lectures. Ah well, I had to, cos I had to peel an apple to eat for breakfast! Its tedious work, peeling apples.
Anyway, its a good start... or so I thought. After my first lecture, I got so hungry I could practically eat a horse! (Pun intended, ahahaha!) I nearly ate Naima's chocolate Tiger biscuit!
O.o
Nooooo! I can't!!! Then it was lunch time and I ate a slice of honeydew and a slice of papaya. I kept thinking, "Damn! These fruits are so deliciously sweet today!" It was all I could do to not grab my friends' pork and stuff it into my mouth!
T_T
By the time I got back to my room after tutorial, my stomach was feeling weird. I couldn't tell if its cos of gastric, or if my body was internally cleansing itself. And to hell with the makes-u-energetic myth. I was so tired that I actually collapsed on my bed and snoozed for almost 3 hours!
Walao!
And of all times, the temptation of food today was so in-ur-face, for want of a better word.

I turned on my laptop and the first thing I saw was:

Not long afterwards, my housemates were hungry and wanted to have a snack!

Ahhhh!!! Temptations, temptations, temptations! And this is only the first day! I wonder how will I survive one week! Its certainly is not as easy as it seems.
Must...have...flat...stomach!
>.< Tahan...
