obssessed

I'm currently so obssessed with my weight. This has been going on for some time; kept telling myself that it seriously was about time to really do some hardcore dieting but...

1) I love food
2) The mere whiff of food being cooked makes my tummy scream to be fed
3) I really love food. Serious.

How on earth am I going to diet???

Everywhere I go, I see slim girls. Girls with a hot bod, hot legs and waist like a pin. Its not like they're taller than me, but cos they're so slim, they make me look short and fat.

...

Ok. Maybe I am short and fat. ARGH!!! Anyway, this weight obssession of mine has led me to look up the calculation for BMI - I wanna know exactly how obese am I.

Oh my gawd!!! I'm 19.9!

*Tears*

And surprise, surprise! In my second calculation, I cut off 5kg from my current weight and its still considered as normal weight. WTF??? It means that I have 5kg to lose!

*Curses*

Can anybody teach me how to be anorexic for a few months? Sheesh!

My dear, when it says 19.9 is normal, it means it is "normal". You don't have to cut down on anything if it is normal. Don't get too skinny. You won't look good.

If it helps, I think you body is great.

Thank you, my dear. Its real sweet of u. But if I would still be "normal" after cutting down 5kg, then its definitely better!
